Position Summary :

Customer Service Associates will be expected to handle office and warehouse responsibilities.

He / She

will be expected to handle a high frequency of inbound & outbound calls and emails to resolve issues and answer customer inquiries. In addition, handling marketing material to support eCommerce operations .

Job Title:

Part Time Customer Service Associate Schedule:

5 hours a day, 4 days per week

Pay Rate:

$22.00 per hour

Responsibilities :

Answer frequent customer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries Handle marketing tasks to support eCommerce operations Responsible for sending out mass emails to provide notifications and marketing material Enter orders in QuickBooks and process them Process shipping thought UPS WorldShip and other common carriers Price various shipping methods using trucking companies for LTL freight Order office and warehouse supplies File paperwork, pay bills and contact vendors and customers as needed Achieve company objectives by executing sales improvement initiatives, developing processes and methods to improve customer service Accomplish sales and marketing objectives by working to increase company market share and presence, plan, monitor, and review job contributions; follow policies and procedures Follow up for sales by calling or emailing existing customers and new leads Handle Ecommerce Marketing, updates, and order processing Manage development and implementation of all company policies/procedures and customer centric practices. Ensure that the highest level of customer service is delivered daily.

Receiving and Shipping Materials:

Ensure timely and accurate receipt and put away of incoming materials/merchandise/supplies/etc. Assist warehouse team with outbound shipments - prep and pack products Deliver unparalleled accuracy and customer service

Requirements:

2 years minimum of office experience and warehouse experience Experience in Quickbooks Experience in the Shipping Department Experience with UPS WorldShip and LTL Freight Manual Pallet Jack experience, Preferred Wholesale business to business experience, Preferred Sales | Marketing Experience, Preferred Time management and detail oriented Must have strong communication, task management, and organizational skills STOP BY and APPLY!
