Overview Nautilus Avian & Exotics Veterinary Specialists is seeking a professional, reliable and motivated CSR to fill a full- time position in our growing practice. Duties Greeting clients, making them feel welcome Ability to manage a multi-line phone system Scheduling of all appointments Maintain a clean and organized office environment to promote efficiency. Document customer interactions in our computerized system for future reference. Skills Strong office skills with a focus on organization and attention to detail. Excellent phone etiquette to ensure clear and professional communication. Experience in cash handling with a strong understanding of financial transactions. Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping. Ability to conduct outbound calling effectively while maintaining a positive demeanor. Previous experience in customer support roles is highly desirable. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
