We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to support daily office and customer-facing operations in Camden, New Jersey. This Contract position focuses on assisting customers with inquiries, documentation, and service-related transactions while maintaining a detail-oriented and compassionate approach. The person in this role will help manage records, process agreements and payments, and provide dependable support to the team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to incoming calls and customer questions with courtesy, accuracy, and sensitivity.
• Enter orders and service information into office systems while maintaining complete and accurate records.
• Prepare and process purchase documents, payment transactions, paperwork, and service requests.
• Stay current on office policies and service procedures to provide consistent information to customers.
• Coordinate with field staff, supervisors, and administrative team members to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Perform general clerical tasks such as handling correspondence, updating files, and organizing customer documentation.
• Provide additional phone-based support for both inbound and outbound customer communication as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in customer service, call center support, or a related office environment.
• Ability to manage order entry or transaction processing with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and email in a work setting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a well-organized work style.
• Ability to interact with customers in a respectful, compassionate, and service-oriented manner.
• Retail or sales-related experience is helpful but not required.
