Direct Hire (recruiting through PrideStaff) Position Overview PrideStaff is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative on behalf of our client, a premier local provider of home maintenance and repair services in Clark, NJ. In this role, you will deliver white-glove service to our clients by helping them schedule services, answering inquiries, generating invoices, and seamlessly managing inbound customer requests from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Deliver white-glove service when answering inbound calls and responding to customer leads Assist clients with scheduling service appointments and resolving inquiries Generate and process client invoices accurately Educate prospective clients on available services and close incoming sales opportunities Maintain exceptional customer relationships to ensure a premium experience Qualifications Strong verbal communication, active listening, and phone customer service skills Experience with client scheduling, invoicing, and professional customer care High organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced office setting Previous experience in customer service, administrative support, or inbound sales preferred
