Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Customer Experience Specialist to energize our sales pipeline by identifying and engaging prospective clients. In this role, you will leverage your technical sales experience and excellent communication skills to generate high-quality leads through outbound calling, warm calling, and strategic outreach. Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding our customer base and driving business growth in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Duties Conduct outbound calls and warm outreach to potential clients using CRM software and other sales technologies Qualify leads by understanding client needs and matching them with our basement solutions offerings Engage in consultative selling to build rapport and demonstrate the value of our services Maintain detailed records of interactions within Salesforce or other CRM systems to ensure accurate tracking of leads and follow-ups Collaborate with the inside sales team to develop targeted marketing strategies for lead generation campaigns Assist in facilitating smooth handoffs to the inside sales team for deal closing Use telemarketing techniques to nurture relationships, increase engagement, and convert prospects into customers. Serve as a key point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout the project. Coordinate project details, including scheduling, timelines, and communication between customers and internal teams. Assist with obtaining and tracking required permits and ensuring projects stay on schedule.
