Description:

Torpac's customer service representatives are ambassadors and are responsible for ensuring customers receive the maximum benefit from Torpac's products and services. Their goal is to strengthen and build customer relationships by listening, educating, and recommending products. We will train the right candidate!

Purpose and Responsibilities:

Communicate by phone and e-mail to business professionals about Torpac's products, cross sell as appropriate or recommend upgrades when needed. Answer product line, pricing, stock, lead time, shipping, and order status questions. Prepare quotations and accurately process customer orders via e-mail and phone. Quickly build rapport and "connect" with prospects and existing customers. Take ownership of making contact lists, reaching out to customers and updating records. Become knowledgeable about customer's business practices and functions. Strong follow up and feedback required with existing customers for references or tips on new trends and developments. Contribute ideas and recommendations for improvements to the company.

About you:

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, as well as interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and coworkers. Ability to be self-motivated to work independently. Strong organization, time management, and good listening skills as well as accurate, detail oriented and ability to follow up. Excellent verbal and written communications. Proficiency with software such as Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel; Zoom/Teams and general computer navigation skills. Office experience preferred. Associate degree preferred CRM software experience a plus! Spanish speaking a plus! What's in it for you?

Salary:

Based on qualifications and experience.
