Job Description

Join Our Motion Family Motion Kia is seeking a Full-Time Experienced Service Advisor to join our team!! We are seeking experienced applicants to provide great service to our customers. Kia experience is a plus ! Excellent compensation with growth potential within our multi-franchise dealer group.
Experienced Service Advisor Qualifications:
3 or more years experience as a service advisor required.
Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greeting our customers with a pleasant and professional demeanor. Understand customers needs, and convey details to technicians. Keep customers informed about their vehicle from start to finish, including preparing estimates for repair, and communicating findings with customer. Make sure all customer's concerns were addressed upon pick up. Including discussing all work performed in detail. Must be professional and have general knowledge of vehicle repairs. Keep Service Manager informed of all problems and potential problems involving clients, repairs, and equipment. Must be CSI driven, and be a team player.
