Job Summary Join our bagel shop team as a Front Counter/Customer Service Team Member and help guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming visit. You'll take orders, process sales, serve food, and prepare coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages while keeping the counter clean and ready for service.

Your impact:

Accurate, friendly service helps guests get the food and drinks they want and keeps the team moving through busy periods. Responsibilities Greet guests, answer questions, take orders, and provide attentive customer service. Use a point-of-sale (POS) system to complete retail sales transactions, cashiering, and cash handling; process cash transactions and make change accurately. Serve bagels and other food items, prepare food, and provide beverage and drink service, including coffee and other non-alcoholic beverages. Follow food handling and food safety practices, and clean and maintain the counter, equipment, and service areas. Support sales by suggesting menu items and keeping service organized during busy shifts. Requirements Customer service, food service, café, serving, or barista experience is helpful; coffee experience is a plus. Basic math skills for order totals, payments, and change. Ability to handle food safely and follow food preparation and cleaning procedures. Strong time management, clear communication, and a friendly, team-focused approach.
