Salary Range:

$45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Bonus Opportunities Paid Time Off (PTO) Health Insurance Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Retirement Plan Evenings Off Requirements Property & Casualty License is required to be considered. 5 years customer service experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Bilingual (Spanish) preferred. Strong computer skills and technical proficiency. Experience with Applied Systems TAM is a plus. Self-starter, detailed, organized with great time management skills Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, resourceful and coachable. Responsibilities Support the team in processing insurance policy applications, endorsement changes and cancellations efficiently. Assist in problem resolution, process policy change requests, and process payments. Update client information, create insurance quotes and issue insurance documentation. Provide customers with additional information about new products and services. Rate new business. Follow up as requested with customers to assure satisfaction, respond to queries, and solve or refer problems.
