We're looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the first point of contact for our merchants — resolving questions, processing applications, and delivering an excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
• Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Manage the merchant application process from start to finish
• Configure, download, and deploy credit card terminals and payment devices for new and existing merchants
• Assist merchants with account, transaction, and payment processing inquiries
• Maintain detailed customer records in the company database
• Provide information about products, services, and company policies
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues
• Meet performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and quality Qualifications
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred
• Experience in payment processing, financial services, or POS systems is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer
