Milestone Treatment Center is a compassionate, client-focused substance abuse treatment center dedicated to guiding individuals on their recovery journey. We believe in building strong, supportive relationships with our clients and alumni to encourage lasting recovery and personal growth.
Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Coordinator to serve as a bridge between current clients, alumni, and their families. In this role, you will provide direct support to clients, assist with re-engagement in treatment, plan recovery-based events, and facilitate crisis intervention when needed. The ideal candidate will be empathetic, organized, and highly skilled in building and maintaining relationships within the recovery community.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as primary point of contact for clients and alumni, as well as their families. Implement strategies to reduce Against Medical Advice (AMA) discharges and encourage treatment completion. Conduct outreach to alumni and clients who have disengaged from treatment to promote reentry and continued recovery support. Provide crisis intervention and de-escalation support for clients as needed. Maintain regular communication with clients' families to provide updates, offer resources, and promote family involvement in recovery. Plan, coordinate, and facilitate events, alumni activities, and support groups. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, outreach efforts, and event participation. Collaborate with clinical and support staff to ensure consistent and holistic client care. Uphold confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA and facility policies.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in substance abuse treatment, mental health services, case management, or a similar client-facing role preferred. Knowledge of addiction recovery processes and relapse prevention strategies. Strong interpersonal, communication, and crisis intervention skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Compassionate, nonjudgmental, and dedicated to supporting recovery.
Schedule & Compensation:
Full-time schedule; some evenings/weekends may be required for events or client needs. Competitive pay based on experience Benefits package available
