Customer Service:

Attention to detail, strong follow-up, and follow-through on verbal and written directions. Previous experience in Customer Service or another related field. Ability to build rapport with clients. The pay rate is $20-$22 per hour, DOE. Monday - Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm.

Handle customer inquiries and complaints through email and phone Provide information about the products and services. Document and update customer records based on interactions.
