Full Job Description Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer support by handling inquiries via phone, email, and fax while delivering accurate product, service, and account information Process customer orders and payments with a high level of accuracy, ensuring a positive and efficient customer experience Maintain and update customer records, account details, and transaction data using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications Partner with territory sales managers to support new customer onboarding, manage account needs, and strengthen client relationships

Required Skills & Experience:

3+ years of experience is a high-volume customer service, client support, or related position Experience working in manufacturing/distribution, or related environment Must be able to work Monday to Friday from 8am to 5pm Microsoft Office (ex: Word, Excel, Outlook)
