Someone who can work in a fast paced environment. Deal with a multitude of different customer types, from truck drivers, to executives on the move. We are a 60 year old family run Hertz licensee looking to find the right person who can handle phone calls, deal with the general public in a professional manner while providing exceptional service in this demanding environment. Task includes writing up rental contracts. Printing up reservations , assigning vehicles to customer Candidate must be able to handle a 26ft truck in the yard and demonstrate to the customer how to operate a lift gate. Candidate will review with the customer our rental requirements to ensure a full understanding of the rental experience. Discussing rates and insurance requirements. You will be preparing rental agreements, qualifying customer based upon certain criteria's, processing credit cards. You will need to be able to solve customer conflicts using good judgments and company policy. Spanish speaking candidate is a plus Most important the candidate must be friendly and enjoy working with people and provide exceptional service. Candidate should have 5 years of customer service experience. we operate 6 and half days per week, weekends are part of the schedule
