Previous supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team. Ability to perform retail math calculations confidently for sales, discounts, and inventory management. Strong communication skills in both bilingual settings (if applicable) and in delivering clear customer service interactions. Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and managing cash drawers responsibly. Knowledge of retail store product details, merchandising techniques, and stock management practices.
