The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience with our dealership. Responsibilities Greet clients when coming into service Make outbound phone calls to inform past clients parts have arrived Make outbound calls for pending surveys Text clients for upcoming appointment confirmation Text clients for pending survey responses Review loaner vehicles out with clients for status updates Provide status updates to inbound calls and clients waiting in sales waiting room Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with professionalism. Proficient with computer systems and customer management software. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
