PM EST Training:

8:30 AM-5:00 PM EST We are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Management Specialist to support order management, reporting, returns, recalls, service agreements, and complex system-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve order management holds and customer/order issues Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, IT, Quality, and external vendors Run reports using BI, Oracle, and other systems Troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues Support recalls, complaints, returns, and service agreements Monitor KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives Mentor and provide training support to team members

What We're Looking For:
