Saddle Brook, NJ Job Details Part-time $18 - $22 an hour 3 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Computer literacy Administrative experience High school diploma or GED Organizational skills Office experience Full Job Description Job Summary Roelmi HPC USA is seeking a dedicated, organized and detailed oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build experience in customer service and order management within a professional and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, proactive and committed to providing excellent service to both customers and internal teams. This position will provide support with sample requests, customer orders, quotations, and other day to day customer care activities. Key Responsibilities Process customer sample requests and coordinate sample preparation and shipment Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently Prepare customer quotations Maintain organized and accurate electronic records and documentation Support the Customer Care team with additional projects and administrative responsibilities as needed Coordinate internally with Sales, Logistics and other department to support customer needs. Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree is a plus Previous customer service, administrative or office experience preferred but not required. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with spreadsheets for data organization Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment Strong communication skills—both verbal and written Demonstrated computer literacy with technical proficiency in productivity software and data entry tasks Ability to manage time effectively while maintaining productivity levels This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, order management, logistics coordination, and business operations while working closely with multiple departments. The successful candidate will receive training on our processes and internal systems and will have the opportunity to develop additional responsibilities as they grow within the role. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week
