This position supports customers in a retail environment by managing weekly orders and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery operations. Key Responsibilities Provide both outbound and inbound phone support to existing retail customers regarding their weekly orders Process orders, enter data accurately, and print delivery sheets Collaborate closely with warehouse staff to coordinate and track shipments Deliver exceptional customer service with a positive, solutions-focused approach Qualifications Bilingual in Spanish (required) Previous call center experience preferred Strong customer service background required Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Outlook #INDNJ
