Job Description
A progressive four doctor practice is looking for an experienced customer service representative. At least one year of experience in a clinical setting is required with proficiency in multiple phone lines, online scheduling, and basic computer skills. Scheduling software is a cloud based system called Vetter, experience with Cornerstone and similar systems easily translate. The position available is for part time up to 29 hours. The current needed hours are Thursdays (11am-7:30pm) and Fridays (8:30am-5:30pm) with rotating weekends (8:30a-1:30pm). More hours may become available in the future. We are closed on all major holidays. Our hospital has a positive atmosphere and values the work/life balance that is often hard to achieve in the veterinary industry.
