As a Verizon Customer Associate, you will work directly with customers to explain services, complete sales enrollments, and provide a positive customer experience. We are currently seeking driven individuals to join our team as Verizon Customer Associates to help us achieve our company's and clients' goals of long-term success and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities of a Verizon Customer Associate Speak directly with customers to explain wireless services and complete sales enrollments Answer customer sales questions and provide clear information about service plans and promotions Deliver a professional and positive customer service experience Identify opportunities to recommend additional services when appropriate Maintain accurate customer sales records and account updates Work with team members during training and daily team meetings Meet weekly sales and customer enrollment goals Qualifications for a Verizon Customer Associate Experience in customer service, retail, or sales preferred Prior Verizon Customer Associate experience is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented Comfortable working in a face-to-face customer environment The Verizon Customer Associate position is ideal for someone looking to start a career in customer service, sales, or telecommunications while gaining valuable experience working directly with customers.
