Job description Busy Cardiology Practice is seeking a Call Center Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for helping patients by providing location and service information for the Medical practice
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries Take detailed messages from patients and direct them to the appropriate staff member for call back Update patient demographics Schedule patients for testing and doctors appointmentsQualifications:
