Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information
- Process orders and returns accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer needs
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet sales targets and provide technical support
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of electronics, jewelry, or wireless products is a plus We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages.
Job Types:

$16.00- $18.
