Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing of orders and shipments. Manage customer accounts, providing updates on shipment status and resolving any issues that arise. Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and optimize delivery schedules. Assist customers with documentation related to shipping and receiving processes. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Monitor freight activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations. Collaborate with logistics personnel to improve service efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the transportation or logistics sector. Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and supply chain processes. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with shipping and receiving procedures is essential. Experience with Truckmate, TMS or similar software is a plus but not mandatory. A proactive approach to problem-solving with a customer-centric mindset.
