What You'll Do Assist contractors, industrial customers, municipalities, and walk-in customers with product selection and purchasing. Provide outstanding customer service by identifying customer needs and recommending the best solutions. Prepare quotes, process sales orders, and coordinate special orders. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional sales counter and showroom. Work closely with our warehouse, purchasing, and outside sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Learn and become proficient in our extensive product lines and inventory systems. Help customers solve problems, not just sell products. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Outstanding customer service and communication skills. A positive attitude and strong work ethic. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Mechanical aptitude or experience with industrial, plumbing, waterworks, HVAC, mining, or construction products is a significant advantage—but we're willing to train the right individual with the right attitude.
