This role involves handling a high volume of calls, assisting delivery and installation teams, coordinating with showrooms, and helping resolve customer and delivery-related issues. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable multitasking, and has strong communication and customer service skills. Previous experience in customer service, retail, call centers, or similar environments is a plus.
