Arielle Hair Color & Design is looking for an energetic, personable and motivated Salon Assistant / Receptionist who is eager to learn, loves the beauty industry and is interested in eventually growing into a stylist position. This is more than a front desk job. We're looking for someone who wants to learn the salon business, gain hands-on experience and become part of our team.

Schedule Wednesday:

9:45 AM-2:00

PM Thursday:

9:45 AM-2:00

PM Friday:

9:45 AM-5:00 PM Approximately 16 hours per week Pay $16/hour + tips What You'll Do Assist stylists during the workday Shampoo and prepare clients for services Help prepare and maintain stations Greet clients and create a welcoming salon experience Answer phones and schedule appointments Help keep the salon organized and running smoothly Take before-and-after photos and videos Help create content for Instagram and other social media Who We're Looking For Currently attending cosmetology school, recently graduated, or already licensed Friendly, outgoing and comfortable talking with clients Energetic with a positive attitude Dependable and punctual Eager to learn and able to take direction Someone who notices what needs to be done and jumps in to help Passionate about hair, beauty and the salon industry Interested in Instagram, TikTok, photography, video and social media A team player who would like the opportunity to eventually grow behind the chair Why Arielle? You'll have the opportunity to work alongside experienced stylists in an established salon while learning about hair color, styling, consultations, client relationships, retail, salon operations, social media and building a clientele. We're not looking for someone who simply wants a part-time receptionist job. We're looking for a future hairstylist who is excited to learn, contribute and grow with us.
