Overview Customer Service Associates are the face of our company. They ensure that all customers get the best wash experience. This is a dynamic frontline role that includes direct customer interaction, equipment service, site maintenance, meeting safety standards and living our company culture. This position is a great way to learn in a fast-paced environment with tremendous future growth potential! Starting pay is $17.00 per hour (with ability to earn $18 per hour within 12 months) What Your Day Will Look Like Support a culture that emphasizes our core values which are C.A.R.E - Character, Adaptable, Responsive, Effort Provide exceptional customer experiences through superb wash quality and friendly service Operate in a fast paced and structured work environment Loading and washing customer vehicles Cleaning and basic maintenance of car wash equipment Cleaning and maintaining facility inside and out Educating customers on our wash services Requirements Smiling face and positive attitude Someone that enjoys working both indoors and outdoors Willingness to go above and beyond to help customers and co-workers Committed to getting the job done right Must be hands-on and demonstrate a willingness to learn Must be able to work some evening and weekend shifts as assigned Be able to bend, squat, and lift (up to 25 pounds), and be on your feet for extended periods of time Schedule Flexible shifts up to 8 hours Day shifts Evening shifts Weekend shifts Education High school or equivalent
