As our Veterinary Client Care Specialist, you'll be the heart of our front desk. Help pets and their families feel supported every time they visit. What You'll Do Greet clients and their pets warmly and check them in and out efficiently Answer phones, return messages, and respond to client questions with care and clarity Schedule appointments and manage the daily calendar to keep the clinic on track Process payments, estimates, and invoices accurately Maintain and update medical records and client information Handle prescription and food requests and coordinate them with the medical team Communicate clearly with veterinarians and veterinary technicians about patient flow and client needs Support clients with compassion during emotional moments, including difficult diagnoses and end-of-life care Keep the front desk and reception area clean and organized What You'll Bring Strong communication and interpersonal skills A professional, compassionate demeanor, especially in sensitive situations Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment Comfort with computers and veterinary practice management software Previous experience in a veterinary setting preferred A hospitality or customer service background is highly beneficial A genuine love for animals and the people who care for them A commitment to respect and teamwork Availability to work rotating Saturdays Ability to stand or sit for extended periods Benefits You Can't Beat Financial Benefits A flexible approach to compensation that reflects your skill set and future performance 401(k) matching & Roth Retirement Savings Plan Flexible Spending Account (full-time only) 529 Savings Plan Tuition Support Program Referral bonus program Wellness Benefits Health insurance, including medical, dental, and vision (full-time only) Supplemental insurance, including accident, critical illness, hospital, short- and long-term disability, legal plan, and employee, spouse, and child-dependent life insurance (full-time only) Up to three weeks of full pay for the birth or adoption of a child (full-time employees only; available after one year of service).
