Position Summary:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our dry cleaning business. You will interact directly with customers, ensuring they have a positive experience from drop-off to pick-up. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers, handling transactions, addressing inquiries and concerns, and maintaining an organized and efficient front counter area. This position has a work schedule of Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri/Sat, with Wednesdays and Sundays off. Saturdays are non-negotiable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers as they enter the store. Handle drop-off and pick-up of garments, ensuring accurate and timely processing. Provide detailed information about our services, pricing, and promotions. Process payments and manage cash register operations. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Maintain a clean and organized front counter and reception area. Coordinate with the cleaning team to ensure customer orders are completed on time. Keep records of customer orders and update the system with relevant information. Promote additional services and loyalty programs to customers. Perform opening and closing duties as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. Basic computer skills for order processing and record keeping. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
