LaGrangeville, NY Summary:

A SkyGeek Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting directly with our customers and various internal functional groups to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products ordered on SkyGeek.com. After initial on-site training of up to 90 days, this will become a hybrid position requiring employee to be in onsite 2 to 3 days per week.

What You Will Do Everyday:

Primary point of contact for customers throughout the ordering process. Full end-to-end customer support case ownership. Provide accurate and efficient communication with customers via chat, email and telephone. Classify request types for agent follow-up. Identify recurring issues and escalate them to the correct department for resolution.

Requirements:

2 years' experience in retail, call center operations or other customer service/facing position (preferred). Attention to detail, order accuracy, compliance with department standards and excellent time management skills are required. Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision. Sincere passion to delight our customer, solve problems and provide a positive experience.
