We are currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Walden Avenue team in Lancaster, NY.

Responsibilities Answering customer questions on various appliance issues and warranties. Be able to quickly and effectively identify customer needs. Manage incoming calls by priority of customer inquiry. Generate and document customer work orders and schedule service appointments Ability to deescalate customer dissatisfaction with a friendly and assuring response. Experience/Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Excellent communication skills; both verbal and written. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Education High School Diploma
