Responsibilities:

Answer customer inquiries, collect service details, and schedule appointments. Coordinate with technicians and communicate appointment updates. Maintain accurate customer, scheduling, and follow-up records. Escalate urgent concerns and unresolved issues to the appropriate team member.

Qualifications:

Clear, patient communication and dependable customer service. Comfortable using computers and learning scheduling software. Attention to detail and ability to manage competing requests.
