Job Overview Classy Coach Transportation Inc. is seeking a dependable, organized, and compassionate Transportation Dispatcher to join our growing team. This position plays a vital role in coordinating non-emergency medical transportation, ensuring our clients arrive safely and on time for their appointments.

Responsibilities:

Schedule and dispatch drivers for medical transportation trips. Monitor daily routes and make adjustments as needed. Communicate professionally with clients, healthcare facilities, and drivers. Handle incoming phone calls and transportation requests. Enter and update trip information accurately in the dispatch system. Respond quickly to schedule changes and transportation issues. Maintain detailed and accurate records.

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient with computers and able to learn dispatch software. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Previous dispatch, transportation, medical office, or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
