Experience & Qualifications:

? Experience in high-volume call centers with KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and measurable goals preferred.? An effective communicator who understands the importance of listening and being empathetic.? High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.?

Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.? Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.?

Availability:

Available?to?work evenings, weekends, and holidays.? Annual Salary $19.34 - $29.51 The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
