Job Summary Seeking an experienced Personal Lines Insurance CSR to service existing accounts, assist with new business, and support client retention. Responsibilities Handle client calls, emails, quotes, policy changes, and service requests. Service and remarket Personal Lines accounts. Explain coverage, exclusions, and insurance options to clients. Process cancellations, renewals, and policy changes. Conduct client reviews and identify additional coverage needs. Maintain accurate client and carrier documentation. Build strong client relationships and seek referrals. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. NYS Property & Casualty License required. Prior Personal Lines insurance experience required. Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and agency management systems.
