Job Description

The Adirondack Railroad has a seasonal opening for a part time Customer Service Representative out of our Thendara Station (Old Forge) office. You would help phone and walk-up customers with booking rides on our trains and railbikes and checking them in upon arrival at the train station. You would also assist with other duties as needed. The position will run through mid/late October. If you are organized, have experience with computers, and like to help people, we think you will find this job is right for you. Previous customer service and/or call center experience is a plus but not required. Training will be provided. Must be 16 or older and available to work weekends.
