Insurance Account Coordinator Position Description This position is fully remote and permanent. Candidates can live anywhere on the East Coast but must hold a New York State Property and Casualty License and have knowledge of the commercial insurance market in down-state New York. A regional brokerage / insurance agency is seeking an experienced insurance account coordinator to manage personal lines. They offer a comprehensive range of insurance coverage and benefits from over 30 national carriers.

Responsibilities:

Enhancing current coverage or introducing new coverage to the firm's existing clients Marketing new and renewed business Maintaining positive relationships with clients and insurance markets Preparing renewal and new business applications & proposals Identifying risks and recommending suitable solutions Revising existing business and negotiating with underwriters Providing daily client service

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance brokerage required for this role Experience in personal lines client service and knowledge of personal lines markets Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects concurrently Team-oriented mindset Active NYS Property and Casualty license Proficiency in AMS 360 Software is necessary

Compensation:

Base salary up to $80,000 - depending on relevant skills and experience
