We are seeking an energetic and dedicated employee to join our team - PositiveK9 and Creekside Resort has an opening for a Reservation & Client Retention Specialist. In this vital role, you will be the friendly voice and trusted face for our clients, ensuring their experience with our services is exceptional from the first contact through ongoing engagement. Duties:

Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and online systems with enthusiasm and professionalism. Provide detailed information about services, scheduling options, and policies to clients in a clear and friendly manner. Follow up with clients to confirm appointments, gather feedback, and encourage ongoing engagement. Maintain accurate client records through efficient data entry using Microsoft Office tools and specialized software. Address client inquiries or concerns promptly by applying excellent customer support and problem-solving skills. Support client retention efforts by identifying opportunities for additional services or programs aligned with client needs. Handle cash transactions accurately during payments or service upgrades while maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in customer service, call center roles, or sales environments with strong phone communication skills. Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with data entry systems preferred. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; bilingual capabilities are a plus. Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Technical proficiency in using computer systems, customer management software, and handling outbound calling campaigns. Strong customer service problem-solving aptitude combined with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Experience in cash handling, analysis skills for data review, and typing accuracy are advantageous.
