A Service Advisor helps manage communication and expectations for automotive repairs and maintenance services. You will act as a liaison between customers, technicians and dealership managers. You should understand the customer's concerns and manage expectations to provide excellent service. The ideal candidate for this position has automotive knowledge and dealership or repair shop experience. Must have good verbal, text and email skills.
