About the RoleI'm looking for a reliable, organized assistant to help with my vintage Coach and accessories resale business. This is a part-time, as-needed position supporting Whatnot live shows, preparing customer orders, and helping source inventory once or twice a week. Responsibilities Help behind the scenes during Whatnot live shows by keeping items organized and matching sold items to customer orders. Sort, pack, and prepare purchases for shipping accurately and carefully. Organize inventory and keep the workspace tidy. Assist with sourcing bags and accessories at thrift stores and other resale locations once or twice a week. Help with general preparation before and cleanup after live shows. Ideal Candidate Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Comfortable working at a fast pace during live shows. Able to handle merchandise with care and keep orders organized. Enjoys thrifting, fashion, or vintage items. Comfortable working independently and following directions. Experience with Whatnot, online resale, or packing orders is a plus, but not required. ScheduleHours vary based on the live-show schedule and sourcing needs. This is an as-needed role with sourcing assistance once or twice a week.
