Job Description

Immediate Part-Time Opening! Monday through Friday 8am-2pm. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing person in our Customer Service Department! This person will assist customers at the front desk and over the phone with Classified ads, Ad sales, Subscriptions and more. Will be required to work out of our Napoleon office on occasions as well. The successful candidate must have professional communication skills, excellent data entry and computer skills, grammar, punctuation, proofreading and spelling skills. Previous customer service is a plus, along with the ability to multi-task. (No phone calls please)
