Who You Are:

As a Customer Service Representative, you are an essential part of our post-sales customer service team. You will connect with our customers to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth and fulfilling experience every time. Your primary goal is to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Job Description:

Must maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers, providing exceptional customer service at all times. Work collaboratively within the customer service team to build meaningful relationships with customers and encourage brand loyalty. Confirm that customers are satisfied with their overall experience, consistently exceeding expectations in customer service. Assist with answering customer service inquiries via phone, inputting data, following up with customers, and performing various administrative duties. Collaborate with a team of customer service representatives and other departments to find appropriate solutions to customer service issues, as needed.

Skills Candidate Must Possess:

Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications. Ability to communicate effectively over multiple customer service channels (phone, email, etc.). Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all customer service tasks. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills to handle diverse customer needs. Ability to problem-solve independently and provide effective solutions in customer service. College education and previous office or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
