We're looking for a Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers. You'll field phone calls and emails, answer common questions, and manage returns, exchanges, and warranty claims from start to finish. You don't need to know our products on day one; we'll teach you. What we need is someone who communicates clearly, learns quickly, and follows through. This is an entry-level customer support role, with more specialized roles in place to provide support in technical or difficult support situations. What You'll Do Answer customer phone calls and emails in a professional, timely manner Respond to common questions about orders, shipping, and products Process returns, exchanges, and warranty claims Keep accurate records of customer interactions and order updates Work with other team members to resolve issues and get answers for customers Learn our product line over time so you can help customers more effectively What We're Looking For Previous customer service experience (phone, email, retail, or similar) Strong verbal and written communication skills Comfortable using email, order management systems, and basic computer software Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple requests Willing to learn and ask questions Patient and professional with customers, including when resolving problems Bonus Points Interest or experience in hunting, shooting sports, or the outdoors Familiarity with e-commerce platforms or help desk software
