Job Description Company Overview Columbiana County School Employees Credit Union is a local Credit Union servicing the Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull Counties in Ohio. We pride ourselves on providing superior customer service and meeting the financial needs of our members. Position Overview The Member Services Representative's highest priority is to serve members promptly in a professional and courteous manner, helping members process and complete various types of financial transactions. The Member Services Representative also shares information about other products/services we offer. We are hiring three full time float positions for Mahoning County branches, Trumbull County branches, and a float for all branches. Responsibilities include but are not limited to ¨ Accepting share deposits and loan payments. ¨ Disbursing share withdrawals and cash advances on Visa Credit Cards. ¨ Accepting/Disbursing share certificate deposits and withdrawals. ¨ Learning credit union services and cross selling to members. ¨ Counting and balancing assigned cash drawer to computer totals. ¨ Selling official cashier checks ¨ Cashing/Accepting Select type U.S. Savings Bonds ¨ Answering telephone inquiries and routing calls. ¨ Processing financial transactions in a courteous and efficient manner. Pay:

$18.60 - $19.50 per hour
