Your Opportunity as the Representative, Payment Services Help keep our business running smoothly by ensuring invoices are processed accurately and on time. In this role, you'll support the end-to-end payment process by managing invoice data, monitoring workflows, driving process improvements, and contributing to system enhancements, all while building valuable experience in accounts payable and purchase-to-pay operations.

Orrville, OH Work Arrangements:

Hybrid, 35% in office expectation In this role you will: Process invoices daily in third-party operating systems by accurately capturing vendor details, invoice numbers, dates, payment terms, tax treatment, and coding. Monitor invoice workflow queues to meet productivity and accuracy standards. Basic understanding of Invoice and PO (Purchase Order) structure. Demonstrate continuous improvement of process, systems, and general ways of working. Assist with testing or implementation of system enhancements related to invoice processing and automation.

Minimum Requirements:
