Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with a positive, professional attitude. Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and cash handling procedures Balance a cash drawer and maintain accurate records. Promote bank products and services by identifying customer needs. Answer customer questions and resolve concerns. Assist with opening and maintaining customer accounts. Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank policies and regulations. Work collaboratively with other team members to provide outstanding service. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous customer service or cash-handling experience preferred. Banking experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency. Dependable, professional, and willing to learn. Must be able to travel and work at different office branch locations (all located in Seneca and Wyandot counties).
