We're looking for a Member Service Representative III who is passionate about helping others, building relationships, and guiding members through important financial decisions.

What You'll Do:

Assist members with accounts, transactions and financial service needs. Open and maintain accounts, process loan applications and fund consumer loans. Provide financial guidance and reccomend solutions that support member goals. Resolve account concerns and ensure a positive member experience. Maintain compliance with policies, regulations and lending guidelines.

What You Bring:

3-5 years of experience in a financial institution or similar role. High school diploma or equivelent (additional financial education preferred) Knowledge of lending practices and financial products. Strong communication and member service skills. Experience handling complex transactions and account issues. Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy.
