Your essential responsibilities will include:

Handling incoming sales orders and inquiries in a timely and professional manner Have a thorough knowledge of Mirka's products and services, and keep current information on pricing and promotion Use company systems accurately, which may require multiple platforms, order entries, phone and chat systems and other data functions Support sales team requests like shipping tracking, pricing, inventory questions and complaint follow ups.
