Job Summary:
We are seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our Classified Advertising team. In this role, you will be the face and voice of our department, helping customers seamlessly place ads through our online portal, website, over the phone, and in person. What Will I Be Doing?
Customer Support:
Assist walk-in, phone, and online customers with placing classified advertisements.
Platform Navigation:
Guide users through our customer portal and website.
Quality Control:
Ensure all ads are accurate, well -formatted, and meet strict publication deadlines. • All other duties as assigned. Do I Have What It Takes? •
Experience:
Previous customer service experience is preferred, but a positive, professional attitude is a must. •
